Revision Policy

Papercheap.co.uk is the service applying the best practices of academic assistance to the cooperation with customers. Our company delivers only original papers, completed in accordance with the customer’s requirements and quality standards.

The Revision Policy is a tool we developed to make our customers’ use of Papercheap.co.uk more friendly and comfortable. This policy protects our customers’ right to have a paper amended after it has been delivered.

The period for getting free and unlimited revisions is 10 days after the first, original version of the paper is delivered to the customer’s personal page.

The instructions for revision must correspond with those provided along with the initial order

Please note that we do not accept instructions that are opposite to the ones you set when filling in the order form. However, if you still want the writer to stick to the instructions that you give for revision, we will have to request you to make an additional payment. The sum will depend on the amount of new instructions and the complexity of changes needed.  

To place a revision request, just send a message to your writer

You should indicate what is wrong in the paper you received from us and set the deadline for the correction. There is a convenient messaging option on the customer’s personal page. Please choose to contact either the writer or our support team representative.

Our revision service is unlimited and free of charge within 10 days after the delivery

Each customer of Papercheap.co.uk has 10 days in order to request the revision of the order without additional payment, as many times as he or she wishes. After the period of non-charged revisions expires, we are eligible to ask the customer to pay an additional charge for our correcting the paper.

Changing the writer is possible after the minimum of three revisions

In case you consider that the writer working on your paper is not competent enough for completing your task effectively, you may ask the support team to assign a different specialist. Still, we ask you to use valid reasons to prove why you consider the writer is not professional enough to complete your order appropriately.

Each customer is eligible to request compensation for a revision

We give our customers a possibility to get their money back if they request the minimum of one revision for the orders with 4, 8 or 12-hour deadlines, and if they request the minimum of two revisions for orders with the other deadline options.

The minimal deadline for revising an order is two hours

We need at least 2 hours to fix an urgent order (with the deadline up to four hours) and at least 3 hours to fix orders with more extended deadlines. Under certain circumstances we have to ask the customer for extension. Please note that in case you allow us to take more time to complete your order, you will not be eligible for getting a compensation for later delivery.

Also, please remember that we cannot review a request for refund or a dispute request until you order the required number of revisions of your order. If a dispute over an order is opened, the revision option is not available.

Orders Having More than 30 Pages: Progressive Delivery and Revision Deadlines

We are ready to meet the needs of customers who place orders for papers over 30 pages, so there are specific rules concerning deadlines. In case a customer ordered a 30+ pages paper and the writer delivers it part by part, we offer 20 days period for unlimited free revisions for every part, no matter how long it is.

After a customer pays for a revision to be done, the period to request free revisions is prolonged. They will have 10 days from the payment date to request free revisions for orders up to 29 pages, and 20 days for papers with 30+ pages.
