Nevertheless, the cooperation process cannot progress without difficulties, thus, sometimes the customer may want to get his or her money back. We are working for reducing misunderstandings with every single order.

It takes us from 5 to 10 days to review a dispute case. Our Dispute Department (DD) asseses every single order individually and develops the most effective and satisfactory solutions for the customer.

Money back requests can be sent within 10 days after the delivery of the order; if you issue your claim later than this period it will not be reviewed.

Money Back Instances:

  1. Double payment was made for the order. There are two ways of how you may pay double amount two us: usually it is accidental two times payment for a single order or placement of two identical orders, while you need only one of them. The solution to such issue is very easy: just inform the customer support about your case, so they can verify it and issue one of the payments back to you.

  2. We were not able to find the writer for the order. In 98% situations we manage to find really good specialists for every order completion as the database of ours consists of more than 700 professionals. However, in minor cases under such circumstances as tight time limits or complicated character of the assignment we may not be able to find an appropriate specialist for you.   3. Order’s delivery lateness. Delays with the product delivery happen very rarely at our company but if they take place the reason should be clarified. The customer is responsible for sending all the additional details, files and clarifications in timely manner so we can complete the paper according to the set time frame. In case the needed materials were not provided on right time the delay of the order is not the fault of the company and refund for it is not possible. Papercheap.co.uk recommends that you follow up our notifications and provide us with all the necessary info timely.

    In case the lateness is caused by us the customer is eligible for getting partial refund. The price recalculation is possible: if your deadline is 4 hours and the order’s delivery has been delayed for 17 minutes or more you can ask the DD to recalculate the amount according to longer (8 hours) deadline. In case your order’s deadline is longer than 7 days you are eligible for getting up to 10% of payment refunded back to you.

    Sometimes we may ask the customer to extend the deadline: if you allow us to have more time you will not be able to claim about the order’s lateness to DD.

  4. Revision lateness. You have stated the time limit but the revised paper has been uploaded for you later than that time – you are welcome to request refund of up to 15% for your order. In case the revised paper has been delivered to you with more than 30 minutes delay you are able to send a complaint to our Dispute Department and open a dispute on it. However, we will not be able to offer revisions for this order any more. Please, note that we approach every dispute case individually and do not offer one universal solution but try to make it suitable for every customer.

  5. Paper’s quality is not satisfactory.

    Sometimes the customer may complain about the paper’s quality. Such issue depends on numerous reasons and we are willing to resolve every case successfully. Here is a list of the possible reasons and solutions to the cases:

    • The paper’s preview variant of the paper has been delivered to the customer and the order has not been approved yet. The customer is welcome to request the paper to be revised unlimited number of times. Also, the client is able to open a dispute on this order and get it resolved by our DD manager. You are responsible to indicating all the inaccuracies and mistakes in the paper so the manager can evaluate the paper and issue the desired 100% refund. We need to get really strong argument so to elude the customer’s fraud activity.

    • The final paper has been received and approved by the customer. Refund is not being issued in such case as the order’s approval is considered as the customer’s agreement and satisfaction with the received product. You are able to apply for the partial compensation of up to 30% in this case.

    • Order cancellation. The payment compensation will depend on the points of deadline and the progress of the order. In case the customer desires to cancel the order before the writer is assigned he or she can get the full refund. Once the writer is allocated for the order and less than half of the time limit passed 70% refund is possible. If more than ½ of the time frame expired the customer is eligible for requesting 30% payment to be issued back. In case the paper is completed before the deadline the customer is not eligible for cancellation of the order and get refund.

    • Paper plagiarism. If you claim that your work is not original and contains some plagiarism you will be asked to provide the plagiarism report from turnitin.com or the educations institution of yours. Only these two types of reports are accepted for proving the paper’s similarity. Please, note that such cases are exceptional as we carefully review and check every single paper through the plagiarism detector developed and supported by our IT department.

    • Additional features refund. The additional features such as editor’s services, writer’s samples, summary of the paper are not eligible for refund. The only option which you are able to get your money back for is writer’s category only in case the writer has not been allocated for the order yet.
